This necklace was the worst thing I ever purchased from Amazon and the only thing I ever had to return. For starters, the chain is very cheaply made and it looks it. Also, the pearl is not nearly as gray as it appears and mine had a big hole in it. I returned it as soon as I opened it. I wouldn't have taken this necklace if someone had given it to me. I didn't expect perfection being only 20 dollars, but this was ridiculous. Amazon did respond quickly to my return and refunded my money.

I wear this necklace everyday and it is so simple and elegant it goes with everything. It was a great price and the quality was acceptable.
